We must apologize to all our customers for the lack of service during the past 15 days. We switched from Comcast to Verizon and for 2 weeks they were unable to connect our phones, internet and TV. We jury rigged something on the old Comcast box but this eventually failed. It was only after a Verizon employee saw our problem that action was taken and , today, all our systems finally worked resulting in serious losses to us and no fun for our customers. To make it worse we also received a bill for the non-service. Guess who is not going to stick with this company long.
